Give a Little Time, Change a Life

Ways to Volunteer

WES Forum runs on volunteers. Our mentors guide robotics builds, coach debate teams, referee tournaments, share real-world career experience, and make every workshop and event possible. Whether you can offer one Saturday or an hour a week, there’s a place for you here — and no special background is required for most roles. We provide the curriculum and materials; you bring your energy.

Ways to Volunteer

Students: Earn Community Service Hours

High school students can volunteer at WES Forum events and earn documented community-service hours — a great way to support younger students, build your résumé, and meet BPA/DECA, National Honor Society, and school service requirements.

What to Expect

Volunteering with WES Forum is flexible and welcoming. Most opportunities are one-time commitments tied to a specific event, so you can help as often as your schedule allows. New volunteers are always paired with an experienced lead. Because we work with minors, some roles may require a simple background check, and we’ll walk you through that process.
